Meet Olivia
Olivia started as a personal and family assistant for a prominent family in West Vancouver. She managed properties, schedules, errands, household logistics, and everything in between. When the family relocated, they struggled to find someone to replace her.
That’s when she saw the real problem: finding great help is hard. Hiring is a logistical nightmare - between training, bookkeeping, and managing expectations. It’s no wonder so many busy individuals just keep doing it all themselves, burnt out or not.
That’s why she built Palmerston PA. As a mental health advocate, Olivia was inspired to help people experience the freedom that comes with delegation. She built a team of experienced, efficient, and motivated assistants, each backed by Palmerston’s internal systems and hands-on support.
Not an agency or a faceless VA firm, Palmerston PAs are hired by Palmerston to provide you with consistent, high-quality support for as many (or as few) hours as you need. Whether its 5 hours a week or 25, we guide you through how to get the most out of having a PA. All wrapped in one simple monthly invoice. No mess.
