How do I communicate with my assistant
By text, email, or phone, whatever suits you. We adapt to your style and keep you updated as much or as little as you like.
Will my assistant come to my house
Yes. Your assistant works in person or virtually, depending on the task. Errands, home visits, and on-site help are all part of it, across Greater Vancouver.
Will I always work with the same assistant
Yes. You get one dedicated assistant who learns how you like things, with a team behind them for cover and busy weeks, so your support never drops.
What hours are you available
Typically 8:00am to 6:00pm for day to day requests. We can arrange support outside those hours when you need it.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment
No long lock-in. Plans are month to month, and you can move up, down, or pause as your life changes.
How am I billed
One simple monthly invoice for your plan, plus GST. Overtime and any home watch visits are added at the rates on your plan.
What if I need more hours in a week
No problem. Extra hours are billed at your plan's overtime rate, or you can move up a plan at any time.

Home watch, on its own or in your plan
If you have a Palmerston assistant, home watch comes out of your monthly hours, just ask. If you only want the home watch and no plan, hire us for it on its own at the per-visit prices here. Every visit covers a full walkthrough, mail, plants, and running the taps, across Greater Vancouver.
