Essential

10 hours per month $700/month + GST

    • Up to 10 hours of personal assistant support per month, virtually or in-person

    • Any mix of services across our six service areas

    • Overtime billed at $75/hr

Standard

20 hours per month $1,300/month + GST

    • Up to 40 hours of personal assistant support per month, virtually or in-person

    • Any mix of services across our six service areas

    • Overtime billed at $65/hr

Premium

40 hours per month $2,500/month + GST

    • Up to 20 hours of personal assistant support per month, virtually or in-person

    • Any mix of services across our six service areas

    • Overtime billed at $70/hr

Executive

80 hours per month $4,800/month + GST

    • Up to 80 hours of personal assistant support per month, virtually or in-person

    • Any mix of services across our six service areas

    • Overtime billed at $60/hr

Home Watch

Per visit pricing

    • Single family home: $95 + GST

    • Large home: $145 + GST

    Every visit includes a full walkthrough, condition report, mail collection, plant watering, and running taps.

    Concierge add-ons (fridge stocking, dry cleaning, pre-arrival prep and more) available on request.

1. Complimentary Consultation

Tell us about your life, your work, and what's taking up too much of your time. We'll listen, ask the right questions, and recommend the best way we can support you.

2. Choose Your Plan

Based on our conversation, we'll suggest a tier that fits your needs, but the choice is always yours. Once you're ready, we'll send a simple onboarding form and confirm your start date.

3. Submit Tasks Your Way

By text, email, or phone, however you prefer to communicate. We adapt to your style, keep you updated as often as you'd like, and handle everything in between.

4. Get it Done

Sit back and focus on what matters most to you. Your Palmerston PA team takes care of the rest.

FAQ

  • You will have access to both their email & phone number. When it comes to getting things done you can communicate how you want, if you want a standing call - let us book it!

  • Yes, our PAs handle tasks in person or from afar.

  • We aim to keep things consistent, but the beauty of Palmerston is you have a team of assistants ensuring you always have the support you need. Through our Know Your Client record keeping, all our PA’s are ready to step in seamlessly.

  • 8:00am - 6:00pm for typical requests but we can be available outside of these hours for special occasions.

  • Agreements are month-to-month.

  • You are billed at the start of each month for the hours in your tier + any additional hours or charges (i.e. groceries) incurred in the prior month.

  • No worries, we will track the overtime and add it to your next month’s payment. If you consistently use overtime, we may suggest jumping up to the next tier.
